1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Service Definition

Firman Solutions provides staffing and recruiting services for businesses seeking qualified professionals in various industries including engineering, healthcare, finance, and IT. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement assistance.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal and business information shared with us is treated with strict confidentiality. We comply with GDPR for European clients and CCPA for California residents. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

For Irish operations, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Act. All data is stored securely with encryption and access controls.

4. Fee Structure

Our fee structure is clearly outlined in our service agreements. We operate on a pay-only-when-you-hire model with no upfront fees. Standard fees apply for permanent placements and are typically a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary.

For contract placements, we charge an hourly rate to the client. All fees are discussed and agreed upon before services commence. Late payment fees may apply per our payment terms.

5. Guarantee & Warranty

We offer a 12-month replacement guarantee for permanent placements. If a candidate does not work out within the guarantee period, we will replace them at no additional cost. For contract positions, we offer a 90-day guarantee.

This guarantee covers situations where the candidate fails to meet the agreed-upon job requirements or leaves voluntarily within the specified period. It does not cover termination due to company restructuring or economic factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Firman Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement in question.

We make every effort to verify candidate qualifications but cannot guarantee suitability. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying credentials.

7. International Services (Ireland Expansion)

As we expand our services to Ireland, additional terms apply to EU operations:

  • All services comply with EU employment laws
  • Right to work verification required for all candidates
  • Irish employment standards apply to placements
  • Data protection follows GDPR guidelines
  • Tax obligations handled according to Irish regulations

Our Irish operations are conducted through our registered entity in Dublin. Local employment law supersedes general terms where applicable.
