Job Description

As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial. Your duties will include, but are by no means limited to:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
  • Draft and file legal documents needed in pre-litigation.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.

Qualifications

  • Lawyer in good standing to practice law in state
  • 12+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on Pre-Litigation
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Experience

  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
  • Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients in personal injury matters
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys on personal injury cases
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple personal injury cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information related to personal injury cases
