Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing crews on industrial buildings, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Maintain accurate and complete project paperwork.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and general contractor safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and other job site equipment to load and unload materials and roofing/safety equipment.
- Travel extensively to various job sites.
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, suppliers, tenants, and home office personnel.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections and document roof system installations.
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry (a background in commercial roofing is preferred).
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other job site equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in recordkeeping and documentation.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Willingness to obtain a Medical Card (company will cover cost).
