Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets by implementing aggressive initiatives and strategies to acquire new business and drive incremental growth with existing customers
- Coordinate activities with local Branch personnel to ensure superior customer service levels
- Identify and assess sales potential with companies purchasing access control products, developing a systematic call plan to maximize sales volume
- Prepare, present, and close sales quotes while maintaining profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and market pricing, and communicate relevant information throughout the company
- Collaborate with Branch teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Travel regularly to market locations with significant sales potential
- Coordinate with Branch Manager to develop monthly sales projections and participate in weekly conference calls
- Maintain close relationships with vendor representatives to facilitate joint sales calls, training seminars, and promotional programs
- Plan and implement cost-efficient business travel while caring for company assets
