About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Research Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lead research lifecycle, from identifying high-potential accounts to ensuring clean and segmented data within our CRM. You will leverage your research skills and expertise in lead generation tools to uncover the perfect leads for our sales team and support them in driving successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify accounts requiring lead research based on defined criteria.
- Conduct comprehensive lead research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom info, and Seamless AI.
- Cleanse the CRM by removing irrelevant or outdated leads.
- Segment leads into defined categories for targeted outreach.
- Perform on-demand lead research for the Sales Manager as needed.
- Prepare lead research for upcoming projects and sales initiatives.
- Assist the Sales Manager with caller campaigns by providing relevant lead information.
- Conduct research for post-mailing campaigns to assess effectiveness.
- Update and maintain accurate company information within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in lead research or B2B sales development.
- Proven track record of identifying and qualifying high-quality leads.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom info, Seamless AI, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.
