We are seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience in Employment/Business/Insurance litigation. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
- Arguing motions and conducting depositions.
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Proficient in life insurance and profit-sharing concepts.
- Knowledgeable in critical care management.
- Candidates must be admitted in California.
