Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining various HVAC components, including built-up systems and package units.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial HVAC systems
• Repair and maintain a wide range of equipment, including chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, control systems, and more
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems
• Universally EPA Certified
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
