Job Description
The Clinical Director role involves providing oversight to ensure excellence in the delivery of clinical services throughout the agency, developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, and representing the agency at meetings with state and community partners.
Requirements
- Providing oversight that ensures excellence in delivery of clinical services throughout the agency
- Developing, updating, and implementing clinical policies and procedures in association with statutory requirements and Oregon Administrative Rules
- Ensuring high quality individual and group clinical supervision is being delivered to staff in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules
- Ensuring that Emergence meets all contractual goals and finding requirements
- Assisting staff with urgent clinical situations and providing leadership during crisis events
- Representing Emergence at meetings with state and community partners
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Must possess a current “Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)”
- Four years of professional experience in the fields of Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Social Sciences.
- Experience in a lead or supervisory capacity, management experience preferred
- Possess or be willing to acquire an active professional substance use disorder treatment service provider certification recognized by the State of Oregon
- Advanced knowledge of treatment methods and evidence-based practices
- Experience implementing program evaluation criteria and feedback mechanisms
- Experience analyzing data to make informed decisions
