Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper – Stone and Tile Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, office management, and familiarity with the stone and tile industry.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage lien waivers and contract billing
- Prepare and maintain job cost reports in QuickBooks
- Create and update spreadsheets for job estimating and installations
- Review vendor statements and reconcile accounts
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in bookkeeping or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, particularly Job Cost posting
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
