Our ethics hotline accepts reports on a wide range of concerns including:

Reporting is not mandatory, but we strongly encourage anyone who witnesses or experiences unethical behavior to report it. Our policies require reporting of certain compliance violations, and all employees and consultants are expected to report potential issues in good faith.

The duration of an investigation varies depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of witnesses or documentation. Simple matters may be resolved in 3-5 days, while complex investigations can take 30-45 days. We provide updates on the investigation status when possible without compromising confidentiality.

Yes, anonymous reports are accepted and encouraged when the reporter feels uncomfortable providing identifying information. However, anonymous reports may be more difficult to investigate thoroughly. We do not require identifying information for portal submissions.

After submission, your report is immediately logged in our secure system. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a confirmation with a reference number. The ethics committee reviews all reports and determines the appropriate investigation team. You'll receive updates on the status of your report as appropriate while maintaining confidentiality.

Retaliation for reporting concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action. If you experience retaliation, contact the ethics hotline immediately. We will take swift action to address the retaliation and protect you.
