Production Shift Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Shift Manager for our facility in Bethlehem, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the production shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the production shift.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to stand throughout entire shifts.
• Must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to work other shifts when needed.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of operational/manufacturing leader experience. Food industry experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma Required, College Degree Preferred.
• Experience achieving positive results through other team members.
