Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Villa Rica, GA! In this role, you will play a key role in the success of our commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coordinating, and planning for a company engaged in General Contractor Commercial Construction related Project Management.
• Working on projects in the following segments:
  • Ground Up QSR (Chick fil A, Chipotle)
  • Education (K-12 – Ground up and/or Interior Improvements)
  • Ground Up Retail, Daycare, State & Local Government Buildings, Parks & Recreation

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizen, OSHA 10, and Driver’s License.
• Three or more years of experience managing, coordinating, and planning for a company engaged in General Contractor Commercial Construction related Project Management.
